Replace branding assets with Biibaye SVGs and favicons

- Updated all favicon files with Biibaye-branded icons
- Updated logo SVGs and icon PNGs
- Updated extension.js favicon references to match new filenames
- Updated browserconfig.xml with correct paths and #FF4500 tile color
